Green Rooibos, Ginger & Peppermint
Ingredients
- 150 ml Ginger & Peppermint Infusion (5 minute brew, chilled)
- 40 ml Apple juice
- 15 ml Honey
- 1 barspoon lemon curd
Method
- Add all ingredients to an ice-filled highball and stir
- Garnish with a slice of ginger and a sprig of mint
