Ingredients

• 60ml Exceptional Dilmah Rose with French Vanilla tea
• 30ml Cointreau
• 30ml Finest Call Sour Apple
• 3 slices of Green Apple
• 5g White Sugar
• 200ml Mumm Champagne
• 1 Maraschino Cherry

Method

Place all ingredients in a mixing glass and muddle. Then double strain and pour into a chilled martini glass and top the mixture off with champagne. Garnish with green apple slices and maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
